GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. Can I have my own branding on iJoomer?

Ans. Yes, you can retain your own branding. We will ask you for your logo etc while creating a build.

2. Is it a one time fee or I have to subscribe to updates?

Ans. The application itself has a one time fees and subscribing for the updates is optional. Though, we suggest subscribing for updates as we will be adding more features down the line along with Security updates and Performance Enhancers.

3. How can I test the iJoomer application with my website?

Ans. You can fill up the form at HERE and we shall get you the build ready to test with your iPhone.

4. Which components are supported by iJoomer as of now?

Ans. We currently support JomSocial, jReviews, jEvents, MyBlog, jBolo Chat and Polls on iPhone and JomSocial, jReviews and Polls on Android version.

5. I have purchased an app, what next?

Ans. You will receive an email asking details about your url, logo and theme. Once you get us these details, we will send you the build of the application for iPhone and Android. This build needs to be submitted to AppStore for approval and just get it submitted to Android Marketplace. Once they approve, your application is available to public.

6. Do you provide any customization service?

Ans. Yes, we do provide customization service. You can contact us regarding the same via contact us form.

7. Do you provide localization?

Ans. Yes, we do provide localization in your language at free of cost. You will be provided language file in text format and you have to put up the your language words/phrase against English version and send us back. We will integrate that language file in your build and it will be ready to go in your language.

8. Who will be responsible for the submission of the App?

Ans. We can submit the app on your behalf, however, you will need to provide essentials credentials and authority to submit the app.

9. I just want to use one component, I dont want other components, is it possible?

Ans. Yes, it is. You can just let us know which component you want to use for your app and we will set it up for you accordingly.

10. Is there any hidden charges other than the plan price, like integrating our logo or changing the background image of the app?

Ans. No, there are no hidden charges and basic branding is covered in the main plan itself.

11. I just want to use one component, I dont want other components, is it possible?

Ans. Yes, it is. You can just let us know which component you want to use for your app and we will set it up for you accordingly.

 

JOMSOCIAL QUESTIONS

1. Is User Registration possible from the app with custom fields I have setup in my JomSocial?

Ans. Yes, it is possible. App will be fetching your custom fields form JomSocial and users will be able to register with the same.

2. Which versions of JomSocial are supported by iJoomer?

Ans. We support almost all the versions for JomSocial, i.e. 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.6 and 2.8

3. Can I show the members on Map?

Ans. Yes, its possible to show up the members on the map and even online members and nearby members.

4. Does Chat work on iPhone and Android app?

Ans. We are currently supporting jBolo chat for iPhone and Android.

5. I want to customize the app, is it possible?

6. I want some feature to be added for JomSocial, can it done free of cost?

Ans. Yes, why not, if its for benefit for all the members of iJoomer, we can always take into consideration. You can drop your feature request in the forum.
